About these terms
These terms govern the services provided by FIT2U in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a session you accept them.

Our services
FIT2U provides private home coaching, gym-based personal training, online coaching, and nutrition coaching.
FIT2U provides fitness coaching and nutritional guidance. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and nothing we provide is a substitute for medical advice.
Health and fitness declaration
You must tell us about any medical condition, injury, medication, or pregnancy that could affect your ability to train safely, before your first session and whenever your circumstances change.
We may ask you to obtain clearance from a doctor before starting or continuing a programme.
You train at your own risk and must stop immediately and tell your trainer if you feel unwell or experience pain.
Booking and sessions
Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed by FIT2U.

Training at your home
You are responsible for providing a safe, clear training space and for ensuring your trainer can access your building or community.
You remain responsible for your own property. Where equipment is brought to your home it remains the property of FIT2U.
Cancellations and rescheduling

Results
Fitness and nutrition results depend on many factors including your own consistency, and outcomes vary between individuals. FIT2U does not guarantee any specific result.
Liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
