Getting started
How do I book my first session?
Call or WhatsApp us on +971 52 924 7646, or send a request through the contact form. We'll ask about your goal and where you are in Dubai, match you with a trainer, and arrange a time.
What happens in the first session?
Your trainer assesses your current fitness, movement quality, and goals before any programming begins. You'll train in that first session too — the assessment is built into it, not a separate appointment.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Programmes start from where you actually are. Several of our programmes — Senior Wellness and Functional Movement in particular — are designed for people beginning or returning to training.
Sessions and equipment
What equipment do I need at home?
None to begin with. Your trainer adapts the session to the space and equipment you have. If your goals later call for specific equipment, your trainer will tell you what's worth buying and what isn't.
How much space do I need?
Roughly the floor area of a large rug is enough for most sessions. Your trainer will look at your space in the first session and plan around it.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 60 minutes.
Can I train in my building's gym instead?
Yes. Gym-Based Personal Training means your trainer meets you at your residential gym or your own club. Many clients alternate between home and gym sessions.
Scheduling and areas
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
Our trainers travel across Dubai to homes, apartments, villas, and residential communities. Tell us where you are and we'll confirm availability.
What times can I train?
Morning, afternoon, and evening slots are available seven days a week.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Let your trainer know as early as you can and we'll move the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may count against your package.
Do you train during Ramadan and the summer?
Yes. Session times shift during Ramadan to suit fasting schedules, and training at home is considerably more comfortable than a commute through Dubai's summer heat.
Packages and payment
How much does it cost?
See Membership Options for the current structure. Pricing depends on the service, the number of sessions, and whether nutrition coaching is included.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. Most clients start with a single private session and decide from there. Packages cost less per session but are never a requirement.
Do packages expire?
TODO — expiry terms not confirmed by client.
Nutrition
Is nutrition coaching separate from training?
It can be taken on its own, but it's designed to work alongside your training. Nutrition at FIT2U is led by Asha Rani PS, a nurse and clinical nutrition specialist, so guidance is grounded in clinical practice rather than generic meal plans.
Can you work around a medical condition?
Tell us about it when you enquire and we'll advise honestly on whether we're the right fit. Where a condition needs medical supervision, we'll say so. FIT2U provides coaching, not medical treatment.
